รายละเอียดงาน
1. Study the customer consult data (sketch, design condsideration) and prepare the technical comment. processabilities.
2. Check and confirm the design 3D data , specification , drawing , and concept for prevent the problem before start the pilot dummy making process.
3. Setting the Pilot dummy BOM. Follow the customer order and specification. And arrange the routing of the dummy process.
4. Arrange the drawing ,specification , reference sample ( if possible ) to maker for produce the part sample and reply the maker question.
5. Check the part sample specification , reliabilities and arrange the new part approve report.
6. Dummy assembly study and evaluation the reliabilities. And summary the result to report in the pilot dummy meeting.
7. Check the new model quotation , routing.
8. Improve the new model trial ,reliabilities process and preven the problem in process.
9. Trial sample , Pilot dummy , salesman dummy defective analysis by QC 7 Tools and follow up the preventive result.
10. Design and arrange the Jig support for New model assembly and making by Solid work - Auto CAD.
11. New model hand design and setting data to CECIL.
12. Control and keep the QCDES in work.
13. Control process by the 5S , Kaizen , Safty and QCC to keep the continue improvement.
