รายละเอียดงาน
- Plan transportation schedules based on workload and select appropriate transport companies, vehicle types, and drivers suitable for customer needs.
- Monitor employee performance and resolve issues encountered during transportation, Check the status of delivery vehicles with team members and Address transportation issues promptly.
- Evaluate the quality of service from each transport company based on monthly/annual performance metrics.
- Prioritize transportation plans based on cost or develop strategies to reduce transportation expenses.
- Organize annual driver training sessions and conduct regular assessments of delivery areas and routes while consistently updating information.
- Support supervisor and operation teams for any requirement
- Perform other activities and projects as needed
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation or related logisitics fields
- At least 5 year working experienced in Transportation fields
- Ability to communicate in English (Reading & Writing)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and TMS
- Positive thinking and good communication skill
