รายละเอียดงาน
•Oversee the efficient receipt, storage and distribute of a range goods. Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, people manage, process and system.
•Responsible for assisting the Warehouses Manager in the successful and timely flows of production work. Assist with the oversee all work that is set-up during the day.
•Deliver and pick up Raw materials, Semi-Finished goods as needs, ensure goods are received and distributed appropriately with the packaging standardize and productivity target are met.
•Establish and maintain designated work areas and arrange as needs, Ensure orderly and safe conditions at all times. Ensure proper working condition of work areas, grounds, equipment, tools arrange for repairs / replacement as needs.
•Responsible for working with the Warehouse Manager’s instructions to ensure accurate and timely distribution of products receiving of all operations.
•Establish and maintain inventory management and control both of raw materials and semi-finished goods and notify internal customers of any inventory shortages.
•Monitoring and provide for the quality assurance of the all materials, sale material and delivery date deadlines necessary for each customer’s contract.
•Maintain the KPI’s on the inventory accuracy by working closely with accounting department.
•Review and maintain the procedures, WI and practices as required.
•Coordinate with Traffic department for the shipment movement / liaise freight forwarder companies as required for all inbound.
•Coordinate with Program Management for any related to each customer products.
•Monitoring the consumable stock and raise call for purchase orders to replenish to agreed levels.
•Providing the goods receive, packing materials consumption, shipment report both daily and monthly.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degrees in the Logistics or any field
- Experiences: 5-10 years, Warehouses, or logistics type position
- Special Skills: Certified in Logistics is a plus. warehouses and inventory management Inbound and Outbound shipments, BOI and Free Zone regulation.
- Good command in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP is a plus.
