รายละเอียดงาน• Handle and ensure order receiving and management are in the system.
• Coordinate with third party & transport companies.
• Monitor & follow up tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Complete all financial tasks such as issuing invoices along with supporting documents, preparation of billing statements, supporting the monthly closing activities and related tasks.
• Receive, issue and dispatch stock, handling communication between customers and team members.
• Ensure activities are in line with standard operating procedures (SOP), working instructions (WI), audit standards and in a manner that improves safety, security or environmental performance by using third-party logistics.
• Maintains and stewards up-to-date and accurate logical information within various inventory management systems (e.g., configuration management databases, asset management repositories).
• Performs inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity.
• Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per the standard process.
• Performing all operation control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected, KPIs, etc.
• Analyze and create informative, actionable reports and develop integrated business analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
