รายละเอียดงาน
1. Oversee all Lab Equipment and infrastructure System
- ALL Lab Equipment Maintenance (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly)
- Infrastructure Maintenance of AHU, UPS & Remote Alarm, Fire Alarm, LN2 maintenance and CCTV (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly)
- Plan and send equipment to Calibration and PM
- Request new equipment processing
- Perform Vendor qualification and Approve vendor list of Equipment
- Perform annual budget (CAL/PM, R&M and CAPEX) preparation
- Update tracking information and weekly report to operation management
- Support GMP project in section of Equipment and Infrastructure as required
- Join with Internal Audit, ISO and prepare for AABB audit, preparation document and scan record
- Set the “Training Schedule” with vendors for staff training for critical equipment
- Find alternative vendors for CAL & PM and for the critical equipment
- Keep all Equipment in working order, repairing and troubleshooting break downs if needed
- Perform Quality Control Documentation in Equipment section
2. Generate validation report, perform and conclusion
- Variance report and follow-up variance
- Revise SOP & Form of Equipment and infrastructure System
3. Support to revise SOP and Form in Section H: Equipment management system and other form in infrastructure
4. Other jobs as per assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering or Technology ,Industrial engineer (IE), Electronical engineer (EE) or related fields
- Good technical skills such as Equipment calibration and repair
- Familiar with Quality Assurance process including Documentation and Record keeping skills
- Comfortable in a lab environment
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Sterilization skill
- Time flexibility
- Experience in GMP facility or Drug company is a must
