Business: Japanese Plastic & Electronics component
Location: Wangnoi, Ayutthaya
Working: Mon - Fri (8:00 - 17:00) *** Every other Sat
** The company provide the Shuttle bus from Ayutthaya certer
Duties:
-Oversee and manage the injection molding production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Supervise the operation, adjustment, and troubleshooting of injection molding machines.
- Ensure proper maintenance and management of molds, coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.
- Optimize production conditions, including temperature, pressure, and cycle time, to achieve high-quality molded products.
- Lead and train production staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Analyze and improve production efficiency, waste reduction, and defect prevention.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate production reports, process documentation, and performance evaluations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female (Age 35 - 45 years)
- Bachelor degree in any filed
- Experience in operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines.
- Proven management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic injection molding.
- Ability to lead and train teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
