Production Supervisor (Food Manufacturing)

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Re-check daily/weekly/monthly production report.
2. Organize workflow to smooth production running.
3. Oversee and coach leader or/and staff to work in each section.
4. Co-ordinate with another department to complete tasks.
5. Ensure the safe use of equipment and machine during use in production.
6. Check production output (yield) according to specifications.
7. Revise/issue quality system document and submit to QA section.
8. Oversee and coach leader or/and staff to improve production efficiency.
9. OJT new staff about how to operate machine or run production follow GMP, HACCP.
10. Re-check leader and clerk tasks.
11. Organize daily manpower for production.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- Age not over 40 Years.
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related fields.
- At least 5-8 years working experience in food Industry.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, Halal, FSSC22000 and BRC.
- Can go to work by self (with travel expenses).
