รายละเอียดงาน
Testing computer peripherals such as External Hard Drive, USB Hub, Keyboard, Mouse, Docking Station, Monitor, Printer, etc. to ensure that the devices function.
1. Testing Duties
- Test the functionality of computer peripherals according to the Test Plan and industry standards.
- Verify the compatibility of devices with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and other hardware.
- Analyze and resolve issues found during testing.
- Verify electrical signals and communication protocols such as USB, Thunderbolt, HDMI, DisplayPort, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi.
2. Maintain and improve the testing process.
- Prepare Test Care and Test Report documents systematically.
- Improve and develop testing tools or processes to increase efficiency.
- Inspect and maintain measuring instruments such as Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Signal Analyzer.
3. Coordination and reporting
- Coordinate with engineering (R&D), production and quality (QA) teams to analyze problems found.
-Summarize test results and prepare reports for product improvement consideration.
- Provide recommendations on equipment quality improvement approaches.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in industrial or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in hardware/ software testing and problem analysis is recommended.
- Familar with industrial Munufacturing Environment.
- Able to use Testing program skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure and solve critical issues
- Positive and responsible working attitude.
