• Overall Purpose
Performs technical support activities, tooling solutions related to operation with engineering approaches to achieve the organization's goal and to effectively respond teach work request in term of productivity, quality and cost of the injection molding company that manufactures products
•Duties and Responsibilities
- Verify all tooling is ready to be used and/or to be removed from service due to damage.
- Fill out tooling optimization log book and keep track of all precision tooling. Fabricate tooling for our machines when the time permits, and help with repairs as needed.
- Responds to repair requests in a timely manner and completes damage reports as observed during maintenance and daily activities. Learns and applies emerging technologies and advances as necessary to perform duties in an efficient, organized, and timely manner.
- Maintains a safe work environment and follows safety policy and procedures to accomplish daily tasks while maintaining compliance to SOP.
- Use appropriate PPE as required for each particular task, is safety conscious for themselves and for people around them.
- Performs other duties, job related or otherwise, as assigned.

- Strong Knowledge in Plastic and Injection Molding/Machine system
- Strong Knowledge of relevant technical
- Strong knowledge of mechanics and tools including their design, user, repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles in

- Good problem solving skills
- Equipment Maintenance skills
- An experienced leader with appropriate industry experience, preferably in the automotive manufacturing field.
- An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
- A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability
- Must be good understanding the company’s goal and objectives and can be adopted to their work areas.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Solid background in design and manufacturing principles, with preferred experience in plastics injection molding.
- Previous experience successfully leading and implementing engineering project, tools and techniques in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated positive results.
- 10 years proven experience in Machine, Facility and Maintenance with manufacturing environmental.
- Certification : Engineering or equivalent
