รายละเอียดงาน
- Control, decide and assign the job, suggestions and improve the department.
- Have a positive thinking for the work responsible and create unity department.
- Able to manage responsible with determination and achieve results according to goals, and report results consistently.
- Supervise and motivation subordinates to work correctly for subordinates.
- Control and supervise the plans to support customer.
- Follow up on work with supervisors and set guidelines to achieve company's policies.
- Control and guide the work processes within the department to smoothly, and suggest new methods to performance up.
- Monthly department performance report, including methods for improvement and correction, to be presented to management meeting.
- Coordinate departments, customers and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
- Cooperate the company's activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- To knowledgeable in the procedures of maintaining and controlling all material that concern with production plan.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree [Management major, Logistic management major or related field]
- Age : 30 years old up
- All genders
- Good communication skill, able to work proactively and effectively with teamwork spirit.
- At least 5 years working experience in Automotive factory will be an advantage.
