รายละเอียดงาน
1.Install and configure database management systems (DBMS) MySQL or PostgreSQL ensuring they meet the requirements of the organization.
2.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, indexing, and performance tuning to ensure databases operate efficiently and with minimal downtime.
3.Ensure databases are secure by implementing access controls, encryption, and other security measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access and breaches.
4.Monitor database growth and usage trends, planning for future expansion to ensure the database infrastructure can handle increasing loads.
5.Monitoring database health and performance, setting up alerts to proactively address potential issues before they impact users.
6.Act as the first responder in the event of database-related security incidents, working to contain and resolve the issue while minimizing data loss and downtime.
7.Work with developers to optimize SQL queries, ensuring efficient data retrieval and reducing resource consumption.
8.Maintain detailed documentation of database configurations, procedures, and policies to ensure knowledge is preserved and easily accessible to other team members.
9.Train and mentor junior DBAs or other IT staff, sharing knowledge on database best practices and troubleshooting techniques.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related fields.
- At least 3 years above in Manage/Configure Operating System (OS) Windows, UNIX, Linux
- Able to work in shifts (shifts day 9.00 a.m.-9.00 p.m., and shifts night 9.00 p.m.-9.00 a.m.)
- Willing to contribute and work as a team
