Job Description of Test Technician:
- Responsible for operating production test equipment, troubleshoot and repair defective products, maintain test equipment, monitor test performance and yield information, and provide technical support to other focus factory personnel.
- Assembly/system level troubleshooting to component level.
- Support implementation of engineering change orders.
Operate test equipment (may include flying probe, In-circuit test, functional).
- Support the development of documentation for operational or technical training.
- Support reactive maintenance (test equipment).
Adapts to changes (work plan, priority and management decision) in the work environment.
- Supports improvement initiatives and participates actively to improve work environment (example 5S).
- Looks for opportunities to improve work productivity and efficiency.
- Able to work cooperatively in a team & cross functional team(s) as needed.
- Able to maintain a level temperament in a stressful environment.
- Openly and proactively shares information, knowledge & experience with co-workers.
Job Description of Process Technician (Assembly):
- Assemble electronic and mechanical parts to build machines based on required specifications, drawings and work instruction
- Responsible to perform the manufacturing job base upon the internal self-check sheet and external customer specification requirements
- Conduct functional and leak test, identify errors, and conduct rework if required
- Required to understand ESD compliance protocol and practice the 5S Concept for assembly line
- Perform housekeeping and comply with manufacturing discipline
- Willing to commit to the shift pattern and OT if required
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Qualification of Test Technician
- Diploma or High Vocational Certificate in Electronics/ Electrical or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing with experience in Functional Test, ESS/HASS Test, ICT Test, Structural Test.
- Strong PCBA Debug experience on complicated and complex products.
- Knowledge in circuit analysis of schematic diagrams (Digital and Analog).
- Can work on shift-rotation basis.
- Can communicate in English, both written and spoken.
- Qualification of Process Technician (Assenbly)
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical
- 0-1 years for junior level and 3+ years for Senior level of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing with Submodule/Testhead/Cabinet experience or equivalent
- Experience in hardware assembly/final assembly (soldering iron skill) in PCBA assembly process is an advantage
- Able to work on shifts-rotation basis
