Job Description: Project Engineer (Experiences in Steel Fabrication Heat Exchanger,Pressure Vessel )
Role: As a Project Engineer specializing in Heat Exchangers, your primary responsibility is to manage the execution of heat exchanger projects from inception to completion. You will be the key liaison between clients, engineering teams, suppliers, and production personnel to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your expertise in project management and knowledge of heat exchanger design and fabrication processes will be critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of heat exchanger projects, including scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations, and ensure alignment with technical specifications and contractual agreements.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and track progress against established milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate with engineering teams to review design drawings, calculations, and specifications, and provide technical guidance as needed.
Liaise with procurement and supply chain teams to source materials, equipment, and components required for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate activities with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party service providers, and ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
Monitor project performance and take corrective actions as necessary to address deviations from plan or unforeseen challenges.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies throughout the project

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field).
- Proven experience in project management and production process optimization.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good Command of Spoken and Written English
- Experiences of design heat exchangers,pressure vessel fabrication in production minimum1year
- Fabrication Experiences of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Fabrication and Integration of Process Skids.
