• Oversee and manage the company’s payroll system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Extract and process employee attendance data (e.g., absences, leaves, tardiness) from the HR system for payroll calculations.
• Prepare payroll reports for management review and approval.
• Set up and manage payroll disbursement systems, ensuring timely approvals and payments.
• Handle annual tax submissions, including TAX and VAT compliance.
• Provide support and resolve issues related to the HR system, focusing on Time Attendance
• Monitor the overtime working hours of employees in all departments.
2. Compensation & Benefits
• Manage Social Security (SSO) and Group Insurance enrollments and terminations for new hires and exiting employees.
• Handle Provident Fund (PVD) enrollments, terminations, and adjustments. HR Administrative Support
• Manage and maintain ISO9001 system to be good management. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
• Coordinate visa and work permit applications and renewals for expatriate employees.
• Manage petty cash reimbursements for the HR department.
• Oversee inventory and distribution of employee uniforms.
• Prepare workstations and assets for new hires and track asset returns from resigning employees
• Organize employee relation activities and assist with HRD-related projects if any.
• Plan and coordinate Public Training Courses and In-house Training Courses by departments.
• Support the company's recruitment process.
• Other tasks as assigned.
