รายละเอียดงาน- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Maintaining and accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers.
- Preparing documents/quotes for new and changed products.
- Send customer information including internal coordination for the actual pre-production.
- Contact and coordinate when receiving drawings or designs change from customers.
- Prepare sale forecast (AOP).
- Following the actual orders and sales each month to analyze the market trends.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Male / Female, age 25-30 years, Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Experience 3 years in Sales, / field in automotive part manufacturing.
- Able to work under pressure and independence.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Good command in English & Chinese HSK 5 or 6
- Good computer skills (Mocrosoft Office: Ms-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and email)
- An understanding of automotive processes and components would be advantageous.
