-Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals.
-Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaign including Offline and online marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
-Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
-Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads, display ads).
-Oversee the company’s social media platforms to drive engagement and increase followers.
-Oversee email marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, display advertising and social media marketing initiatives.
-Monitor and analyze performance metrics (ROI, KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.
-Optimize website content and user experience to increase conversions and traffic.
-Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
-Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other marketing team members to create high-quality content for various online channels.
-Lead market research efforts to better understand customer preferences and market dynamics.
-Manage relationships with external vendors (e.g., Retail KA customer, ad agencies, influencers, content creators).
-Create and maintain a digital marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
-Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer insights, technologies trend and competitor activities and creating strategy decisions for best practices.
-Organize promotional events and participate in trade shows and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
