Responsibilities: Quality Assurance Planning: - Collaborate with the QA Manager to develop and implement robust test plans tailored to garment manufacturing processes. - Contribute to the establishment of quality standards and metrics specific to the garment industry. Production Inspection: - Oversee and execute inspections at various stages of the production process to ensure adherence to quality standards. - Identify, document, and communicate any deviations or defects to relevant teams for corrective action. Supplier Collaboration: - Work closely with suppliers to establish and communicate quality requirements. - Conduct regular quality audits at supplier facilities to ensure compliance with our standards. Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvement within the garment manufacturing workflow. - Implement enhancements to existing QA processes, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. Training and Documentation: - Conduct training sessions for production teams on QA processes specific to garment manufacturing. - Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation related to garment quality assurance procedures. Collaboration with Design and Production Teams: - Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure that quality standards are considered from the design phase through production. Testing and Inspection Automation: - Explore opportunities for introducing automation in testing and inspection processes. - Collaborate with relevant teams to implement and maintain automated testing and inspection tools. Reporting: - Prepare and present regular reports on the status of QA activities, including production quality metrics and areas for improvement.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or equivalent).
Proven experience in quality assurance within the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Experience with quality control processes for textiles and garment production.
Knowledge of production workflow in the garment OEM business is big plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality.
