- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. - Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather user stories and requirements. - Analyze data to identify trends that inform decision-making. - Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and solution designs. - Create business and functional requirement documents as needed. - Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet business and technical standards. - Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and monitor process enhancements. - Build strong relationships across departments and communicate effectively with all audiences. - Facilitate meetings and training sessions to gather requirements and drive decisions.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in Bank/Trading or Investment Industry..
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
Proficient in requirements gathering techniques, including interviews and workshops.
Familiar with business process modeling tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart.
Experience in Agile environments and methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is preferred.
