Managerial Skill :
-Manage the physical logistics team to achieve the logistics KPIs
-Strong leadership/Self-motivation, good leadership
-Teamwork / Cooperative /Strong analytical ability
-Good presentation skills with problem-solving and leadership skills.
-Analyze and provide supply chain solution to support customer business.
Technical Skills :
-Manage Role of Supply Chain Management (Production Planning / Material Planning)
-Manage inventory turn (Raw Material / Work In-Process / Finished products)
-Experienced in Warehouse management System (WMS), inventory control.
-Review and maintain on time delivery 100%
Conceptual Skills :
-Able to target production Standard of PC work goals and create standards.
-Develop a concrete action plan to address workplace problems.
-Mentor and consult to planners to fulfill customer requirement with proper tools & resources.
Human Skills :
-Able to influence, motivate and communicate effectively with others from high-level policy goals at
work and operational plans in an easy-to-understand manner and share it with the team.
-Must have good communication skills that can motivate, build a good relationship in the team,
convince the team to work for acheive target.
-Work under pressure /High Responsibility/Be honest
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male - Female
- Age 35-40 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.. Engineering field is a plus.
- TOEIC ≥350
- Management level minimum 5 years + related field 8 years (Total 13 years)
- Field production controls in logistics and warehouse management (Automotive field is a plus)
- MS Office, WMS, Inventory & raw material control
