Key responsibilities:
• Be responsible for the full functions of HR and Admin. tasks such as job offer, recruitment, probation, promotion, performance review, termination and resignation.
• Manage the recruitment process (Preferrable in English) such as pre-screen resume, make a phone call interview, application screening, search the talent candidates and make the interview appointment, candidate selection, and hiring process.
• Manage and develop the job description as well as standard, source using a variety of searching methods and publishing on job channels.
• Control and follow up recruitment process to match the Company criteria within the limited time.
• Summarize and report the interview result to the relevant people.
• Support day-to-day activities or Company activities of the HR department.
• Handle and support all kinds of the general administrative tasks such as employee’s time attendance record or other allowances (if any).
• Monitor everything inside the office smoothly runs; maintain office supply inventories, restock them and well maintenance for the company assets in good condition.
• Other duties as may be required sometimes.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s Degree in Political sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resource focus on recruitment, Admin. or any related fields in a global organization.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (TOEIC 700 scores is plus.).
- Knowledge of employment law, regulations and legislations, data protection, and health and safety regulations
- Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in Google sheets.
- Understanding concepts of operating procedure of recruitment.
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skill, fast learner and willing to learn.
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, creativity, positive attitude, strong team player and result-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, adaptability, accountability and “can do” attitude.
- Hard working, self-discipline, able to manage time and prioritize work.
