Production Supervisor

รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage daily operation all of production activities to achieve the goal of productivity, yield and quality.
- Perform root cause analysis and solve problem in all production area. Provide preventive plan an improvement plan for any production problem.
- Ensure all of production machines are setup and adjust parameters to meet with required good quality of products.
- Provide report all of production activities to all concerned parties.
- Provide training basic knowledge and OJT of production activities to new staff.
- Perform manpower management and development follows company regulation and Nefab Code of Conduct.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, 30 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor degree in any field, preferred from Engineering, Technical field or Industrial Management.
- At least 3 years of experience as in Production Management Staff (Team Leader or Supervisor).
- Good English communication for read and write.
- Good Computer literacy (MS.Work, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
- Good interpersonal skills, well organized and leadership ability.
- Basic ISO 9001, ISO 14001 knowledge are preferred.
- Honest and report directly to the superior.
