รายละเอียดงาน
•Plant Operations: Oversee daily plant activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to production goals. Adjust plans as needed and develop operational practices.
•Problem-Solving: Address equipment issues and quality problems. Ensure smooth plant shutdowns and startups.
•Safety Leadership: Promote and enforce safety and environmental policies. Build a strong safety culture, conduct safety audits, and participate in safety training.
•Training: Manage and improve training programs for plant operations. Ensure training aligns with business goals and update materials as necessary.
•Leadership: Lead by example, handle production issues, assist in operator development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Environmental, Health & Safety:
•Champion and adhere to EH&S policies and regulations.
•Promote a safe working environment and actively participate in safety programs.
•Lead safety culture initiatives and handle emergency response as needed.
Training & Development:
•Ensure effective training programs and materials.
•Act as a subject matter expert and assist in training development and validation.
Leadership:
•Model positive leadership and support operator development.
•Investigate production issues and implement solutions with guidance from the Production Manager.
•Share best practices and promote continuous learning and improvement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in in engineering or science
- 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory level
- Good English communication skills. Communicable English
- Willing to travel for work in shift hour
- Valid driver's license.
- SAP or ERP systems.
