2. Planning and controlling the budget management within the department
3. Prepare and manage the appraisal system and performance management, including target setting, evaluation, promotion and annual salary increment.
4. Government related company certificates application and maintenance;
5. Company rules and policy making and announcements.
6. Any other jobs received from General manager.
7. Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive such as investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
8. Other work as assigned
