- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high-quality service delivery and follow up with clients.
- Create, assign, and communicate work orders to technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Resolve issues and provide status reports on work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, proposals, and vendor files.
- Process invoices, purchase orders (PO), and purchase requisitions (PR) with correct cost center coding.
- Assist with facility inspections and ensure compliance.
- Utilize PC and/or PDA for work order systems, email, and training purposes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
