รายละเอียดงาน
- Define and review quality management system standards and plan activities to achieve KPIs.
- Monitor inspections of production processes and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements.
- Address customer complaints and quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Manage client communications, prepare reports, and support external audits.
- Collect and analyze quality data and propose improvements.
- Promote Lean strategies and KAIZEN activities to enhance manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001/IATF16949 standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, manage, and develop team members to achieve organizational goals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.
- At least 8 years of combined experience as an engineer in QA/QC/Production.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position (Assistant Manager or higher).
- TOEIC score of 800 or above (Fluent in both English and Thai).
- Proven experience with automotive parts or equivalent manufacturing standards and requirements.
- Proficient in using measurement equipment such as CMM, Contracer, and other measuring tools for hands-on inspection.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
- Experience living or studying abroad.
- Proficiency in a third language, such as Japanese.
