รายละเอียดงาน
•Lead and manage a sales team of 10-15 people
•Organise sales schedules, sales tools, training
•Produce and analyse various KPI: visits, calls, success ratios, etc…
•Suggest ways to improve productivity and efficiencies based the above
•Produce and manage marketing tools used to enhance company business and exposure: social media, mailings, website etc
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 years’ experience managing a sales team, preferably in a similar sector.
- Experience in gifts and premium business will be the advantage
- Good personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Result oriented / hands-on type of personality, strong leader
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be organized with high attention to details
- Good command of written and spoken English
