1. Implementation Planning: Develop implementation plans in coordination with cross-functional teams, both internal teams and other departments, to ensure a smooth integration of the projects.
2. Monitoring: Monitor Resource, Performance, Quality, and Cost Dashboards to ensure alignment between planned and actual operations.
3. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues that may occur regarding the process or procedure
4. Data Analysis, Reporting, and Documentation: Collect and Analyst task-related data including performance, quality, and cost insights. Able to provide an improvement plan for each item. Visualized data in an efficient way to swiftly convey the information to related department
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- 0-3 years experience in Transportation, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related field
- Understand Cost Structure
- Must have excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of Excel
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, fast Learner, multitasking, and project management skills is a must
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach toward work
- Ability to motivate and work in a fast-moving, pressured environment
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal
