Responsibilities:
Assisting MD with strategies execution to expansion business
Working closely with MD to manage daily operations.
Handle international purchasing.
Setting up and executing internal control and ensuring all processes align with compliance and regulations.
Supporting in the operation of a company project and coordinating with stakeholders both internal and external.
Providing administrative support and managing project tasks as required.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for the meeting.
Helping in preparing data and reporting related to a company project.
Handling other tasks as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related field.
3 years of experience as a management assistant or related.
Well organized and direct experience in the project coordinating field.
Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate with other departments.
