Responsibilities:
Product Concept Deck Design: Develop comprehensive concept decks that clearly communicate product visions and specifications to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
Product Innovation: Lead the ideation and formulation of new products by staying abreast of industry trends and leveraging insights from market research to ensure our offerings are cutting-edge and market-relevant.
Mock-Up Creations & Prototype Testing: Oversee the design and testing of product prototypes. Gather and integrate feedback to refine functionalities and designs, ensuring product viability and market fit.
Production: Quality Control & Batch Management: Manage all aspects of production, including quality control processes and batch retention, to maintain the highest standards of product quality and compliance.
Multiple Project Management: Coordinate with suppliers, factories, team members, clients, and regulatory bodies like the FDA to ensure project timelines, budgets, and compliance standards are met.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proven track record in product development, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of quality control, regulatory compliance, and batch management.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
- Creative and good taste for design
