รายละเอียดงานJob Responsibilities :
•Monitor the implementation of quality management practices, communicate relevant information and updates, and present any issues or deviations from the established standards to identify solutions, prevent problems, and facilitate organizational development effectively.
•Managing all activities related to quality management systems including ensure quality system compliance and maintain such as GMP, HACCP, FMEA, ISO9001, ISO22716, ISO14001, HALAL, Organic, RSPO, and social accountability such as SMATE, BSCI, SA8000.
•Responsibility as the lead in certified for new quality and certification systems.
•Take the lead in auditing new suppliers or existing suppliers that encounter the issues.
•Communicate quality concerns to management.
•Coordinate investigation of quality issues with customers and suppliers.
•Review, approve and communicate root cause and corrective action to stakeholders regarding quality issues.
•Ensure that department expenses are well-managed and within approval budget.
