Key Responsibilities:
1.Customer Engagement: Actively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, visits, and networking events to introduce our transportation services and understand their needs.
2.Relationship Management: Build and maintain good relationships with current clients by providing excellent customer service and understanding their changing needs. Follow up after sales to ensure client satisfaction.
3.Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare competitive service quotations and present transportation or company’s services effectively.
4.Collaboration: Collaborate with operations Team and others for smooth service delivery and quick customer issue resolution.
5.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets, reporting to sales management as required.
6.Handle any other responsibilities as per the assigned tasks.
