•Work alongside technical teams in Singapore and vendors.
•Manage coordination at a local and international level where required
•Support the project management activities, resources, equipment and information -Providing the readiness of IT assets
•Administrate application (manage account/ review access right, etc)
•Provide technical support, Identify, and resolve technical issues.
•Provide training and manual to the users regarding any upgraded systems
•Responsible for helping users to resolve problem related to internet, e-mail and desktop issues including liaise with our vender for further support if needed.
•Document, maintain, upgrade, and replace hardware and software
