Senior Planning and Warehouse Supervisor

รายละเอียดงาน
•Ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation
•Data analysis and decision making to support raw material supply and finished goods demand.
•Maintains and follow-up as required with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation.
•Creates production order and prioritizes job-orders for production optimization.
•Interacts with shop floor management daily to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from purchasing, production, CSO and Accounting
•Control and coordinate work, training and job coaching to warehouse, weighing staff.
•Ensure that records are kept in case of a food recall or other situation that may require investigation and ensure that recipes are secret.
•Design systems for monitoring food quality and safety, operational efficiency and financial accountability of weighing, warehouse operations.
•Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
•Assist in employee hiring, training, performance evaluation, retention, and termination activities.
•Coordinate and communication with team, ensure delivery on time.
•Control KPI of department achieve target.
•Follow-up as GMP HACCP ISO required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Graduated in industrial engineering or related field.
- Experience 3-5 years
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Understanding of ERP system and Microsoft Office products; strong computer skills.
- Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems.
- Growth mindset and good cooperation.
- Good customer service/phone skills and flexibility for handling a wide range of activities.
