รายละเอียดงาน
- Responsible for the overall & various operations, supervision, planning, control and coordination of Food and Beverage Service
- Handle all Food & Beverage inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day
- Enforce & support all training & development plans for all staffs under their supervision as per company's policy
- Motivate team to achieve the goal and build good attitude and professional atmosphere in a workplace.
- Organizes inventory of all equipment and facilities and also ensures that they are maintained in excellent condition
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement to ensure that services meet customer specifications
- Coordinate with marketing department to implement marketing campaign and new products to meet brand's objectives
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least 1 years experience in a Restaurant manager role
- Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
- Passion for leadership and teamwork Flexibility, imaginative, business minded, hardworking and
- Attention to detail
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- **Good command in English skill ***
- Able to work under pressure and flexible time.
