Job Highlights
-For support and response all requirement of customer in domestic
Job Description :
•Communication with customer by e-mail and telephone
•Prepare New customer register and Credit application
•Prepare Special Grade Request
•Received purchase order from customer and entry in system
•Confirm schedule delivery to customer
•Prepare document “ Daily Delivery
•Issue “Tax Invoice” to customer and complete in system
•Issue “Customer Notice requirement”
•Control " Delivery on time”
•Issue lot number after loading to QA for prepare Certificate
•Control "Cash payment"
•Issue PO finish to Accounting
•Prepare “ Quality problem report” document for customer follow up
•Prepare trucking delivery schedule
•Prepare sample, brochure, technical document, other for support customer

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male 25-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Experiences in customer service 3-5 years
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Good attitude, strong management, and problem-solving skills
