-Coordinating with and contacting suppliers and contractors.
-Understanding and Preparing a bill of BOQ (cost, budget and material used in construction).
-Comparing prices and analyzing construction prices and estimating costs.
-Being a procurement and construction costs consultant.
-Handling all the costs associated with construction, interior and project work (Budget and cost control).
-Negotiating and adjusting the price base for the workload to be in line with standard.
-Handling other duties as assigned.
