รายละเอียดงานJob Description: The CEO Assistant is vital in providing comprehensive administrative support
to the Chief Executive Officer. This role ensures the efficient operation of the CEO's schedule
and communication needs. The responsibilities of a CEO Assistant include:
• Organizing Meetings: Scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring the execution of meetings
runs smoothly.
• Handling Correspondence: Managing incoming and outgoing communications,
including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
• Preparing Reports: Compiling information and preparing reports to assist the CEO in
decision-making.
• Travel and Visitor Arrangements: Planning and organizing all aspects of travel for the
CEO, as well as coordinating visits for customers and arranging visits from Norwegian
and other H2 employees, ensuring all logistical aspects are covered from transportation
to accommodations.
• Liaison Work: Acting as the primary contact between the CEO and the management
team, ensuring effective communication and organizational alignment.
• Representation: Acting on behalf of the CEO in various situations, handling requests
and performing delegated duties as needed.
• Creating PowerPoint Presentations: Developing compelling PowerPoint presentations
for customer meetings and presentations to other stakeholders, ensuring that all
information is presented clearly and professionally.
• Meeting Participation and Note-Taking: Joining internal meetings to take detailed
notes, especially those conducted in Thai, and translating these notes into English to
ensure the CEO's full understanding.
• Marketing Material Coordination: Coordinating the production of all marketing
materials, including catalogues, point of purchase displays, and studies, in line with the
directives from the CEO and the Norwegian Marketing Manager.
• Other Tasks: Performing additional duties as directed by the CEO.
