1.Create product specifications in the process Including raw materials, Packaging up to the supplier 2.Follow up with the internal quality assurance system of the company. Control plan, FMEA etc 3.Process of statistical investigation / investigation together with various departments In resolving quality problems and managing non-conformities from within the company And customer complaints. 4.Planning and supervising manpower within the department 5.Participate in activities to increase productivity to meet the company's goals and customers. 6.Manage and control the quality in production line -Inspect raw material for incoming process -Inspect work in process -Inspect finish goods product in outgoing process 7.Action and manage non-conforming products and product complaint for root cause analysis,corrective and preventive action 8.Coordinate with other departments to ensure the quality of products 9.Acknowledge ISO9001 and ISO14001 10.Prepare monthly and KPI report for QA team
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Male or Female
  2. Age 30 - 45 Years Old
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial or Related.
  4. At least 7 years experiences as quality control & quality assurance.
  5. Special consider if advance experiences in plastic injection plant.
  6. Knowledge of programming SPC / FMEA / MSA / New7 / QC Tools / WHY would be advantage
  7. Good knowledge of any tools and competency of QC function with support customer satisfaction.
  8. Knowledge and understanding and ability to read drawings.
  9. Knowledge and understanding of basic English related to work.
  10. High responsibility Able to work under pressure.
  11. Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  12. Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills with analytical thinking.
  13. Can command or understand in basic Japanese language will advance considering
