รายละเอียดงาน
1. Refer to PMC demand plan, make the production plan and track the plan reached.
2. Summary production daily report and weekly report and related document archiving.
3. Supervision operator operation and training and management discipline, safety, work attendance.
4. Monitoring 5S and visual management on site and training operator to maintain 5S.
5. Arrange to put in storage and confirm the production status everyday.
6. Up production efficient and man-hour management.
7. Solve the production abnormal problems and notification for personnel.
8. Be responsible for coordinating and communicating with other related department.
9. Operator technical ability train and technical assessment.
10 FATP personnel planning and KPI arrangement.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- At leaset 10 years working experiense for production management in manufacturing industry.
- Familiar with European, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and other corporate processes and cultures.
- Consumer electronics/smart home industry background is preferred.
- Must be fluent speak, read, listen and write in English or Chinese.
