รายละเอียดงาน
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage job boards
• Screen and shortlist applicants for interviews
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Perform reference and background checks
• Prepare employment contracts and conduct new employee orientation
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Keep up to date with recruitment trends and tools
• Other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age 24 - 30 yrs old
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition 2 years preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good command in English for interview
