รายละเอียดงาน
1. User Support
- Set up the computer, install/configure software, and set up access permission as per staff movement.
- Provides IT daily support services to users.
- Troubleshoot and solve users’ problems User training.
2. IT Operations
- Monitor & maintain IT systems uptime.
- Manage security options and software in computers and networks to maintain privacy and protection from attacks.
- Perform regular upgrades to ensure the system maintains updated.
- Perform application and system testing before launch to production.
- Troubleshoot system failures or defects and provide solutions to restore functionality.
- Arrange maintenance sessions to discover and mend inefficiencies.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem-resolution.
- Create reports and documentation outlining issue findings and solutions.
3. IT Inventory Control
- Assist and coordinate IT Inventory control.
- Maintain Asset Register.
Working Days: 5.5 days/ Mon-Fri 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and every Sat 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 a.m.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field.
- Preferable minimum 2 years relevant experience in IT systems, computer hardware/software. systems
- Must have good skills in Microsoft technologies.
- Experience in Computer installation.
- Experience with LAN/WAN networks.
- A strong background in IT support & troubleshooting is mandatory.
- Good in English.
- Service Minded.
- Teamwork.
