รายละเอียดงาน
• Making new part of mould including repair damage part by manual lathe, milling, cutting, grinding, welding. ทำชิ้นส่วนของแม่พิมพ์ขึ้นใหม่ รวมถึงการซ่อมชิ้นส่วนที่ชำรุดด้วย โดยใช้เครื่อง manual lathe, milling, cutting, grinding, welding ได้.
• Assist in repairs of tools, performs preventive maintenance and help keeps complete and accurate documentation of items. ช่วยเหลือในการซ่อมแซมเครื่องมือ ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน และช่วยรักษาเอกสารประกอบของรายการให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง.
• Assists Tooling Technicians with tool problems. ช่วยเหลือช่างเทคนิคเครื่องมือเกี่ยวกับปัญหาเครื่องมือ.
• Prepares material need and stock lists in making of tooling and machine parts. จัดทำรายการความต้องการวัสดุและสต็อกในการผลิต ของเครื่องมือและชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักร
• Maintains machines and tools assigned to him. ดูแลรักษาเครื่องจักรและเครื่องมือที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
• Provides information of the correct material to be used for particular mold / machine parts. ให้ข้อมูลวัสดุที่ถูกต้องสำหรับแม่พิมพ์/ชิ้นส่วนเครื่องจักรโดยเฉพาะ.
• Keep records of all fabricated mould and machine spare parts. เก็บบันทึกแม่พิมพ์ประดิษฐ์และอะไหล่เครื่องจักรทั้งหมด.
• Advise Tooling Engineer / Tooling Specialist on equipment and tooling needs. ให้คำแนะนำวิศวกร / ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์และความต้องการเครื่องมือ.
• Gives input and/ or coordinates with the tooling technicians in proper and correct handling of moulds and machines inside the mould shop. ให้ข้อมูลและ/หรือประสานงานกับช่างเทคนิคเครื่องมือในการจัดการแม่พิมพ์และเครื่องจักร ภายในพื้นที่จัดเก็บแม่พิมพ์อย่างเหมาะสมและถูกต้อง.
• Ability to handle different types of fabrications and operates different types of equipment in the mould shop. ความสามารถในการจัดการการผลิตประเภทต่างๆ และควบคุมอุปกรณ์ประเภทต่างๆ ในพื้นที่จัดเก็บแม่พิมพ์.
• Help maintains all molds in good running condition always. ช่วยรักษาแม่พิมพ์ให้อยู่ในสภาพการทำงานที่ดีอยู่เสมอ.
• Performs other jobs that may assign by his immediate Superior. ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่อาจได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and/or related fields.
- 2 years’ experience in operating machines like manual lathe, manual milling machine etc.
- Experienced in cutting tools, grinding machines etc.
- Awareness in quality and safety.
- Able to understand technical drawings
- Able to use measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometers, and bore gauges etc.
- Able to work independently.
- Normal working day (Monday to Saturday 6 days per weeks)
- Able to work in shift pattern (Day/Night)
- Able to work in Prachinburi location
