•Provide first and second level technical support for Glovia G2 ERP system and related applications and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. •Manage Glovia G2 ERP system security and user access and ensure compliance with company policies. •Plan, test, and deploy Glovia G2 ERP releases, upgrades, patches, and enhancements, and ensure minimal disruption to business operations. •Develop and maintain custom solutions within or integrated with Glovia G2 ERP system, using tools such as XML Framework, Web EDI, and REST API. A working knowledge of Crystal Reports and Power BI is essential. •Develop and modify existing functions using SuperLayer and Pro-IV programming languages. •Monitor and optimise Glovia G2 ERP system performance, availability, and backup, and troubleshoot any errors or issues. •Maintain and update Glovia G2 ERP system documentation, configuration, and inventory, and follow change management procedures. •Collaborate with other IT staff and business stakeholders on system development and improvement projects, and provide input and feedback on system requirements, design, testing, and deployment. •Research and recommend new approaches and technologies to improve Glovia G2 ERP system functionality, efficiency, and security. •Provide user training and education on Glovia G2 ERP system use, capabilities, and best practices, and create user manuals and guides. •Stay updated on the latest Glovia G2 ERP system features, updates, and trends, and participate in Glovia G2 user groups, forums, and events. •Maintain and administer the (HP-Unix based) Glovia G2 server, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and day to day management of the HP-UX Version 11 operating system, including security, software hardware ERP system documentation, configuration, and inventory, and follow change management procedures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  2. Proven experience as an Glovia G2 ERP systems administrator preferably in a manufacturing setting, and with version 3 or above.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Glovia G2 ERP system architecture and functionality, including modules, workflows, customizations, integrations, and reporting
  4. Experience and working knowledge of using MPS / MRP / SFDC in the Glovia G2 ERP system would be beneficial.
  5. Oracle DBA and strong SQL skills experience are essential.
  6. SQL+ Queries and Scripting.
  7. Crystal Reports Server / Developer, Power-BI or other reporting tools
  8. REST API and other integration tools.
  9. Zebra ZPL Language for development of Custom Labelling Systems.
  10. Integration with Epicor Mattec MES Shop Floor Data Collection System.
  11. Data Analytics (ADI), Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
  12. Experience of integrating Web EDI systems with Glovia G2 ERP system for B2B collaboration with Customer / Vendor portals.
  13. Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, and network administration.
  14. ITIL, ISO, or other IT standards and best practices.
  15. Experience with Oracle Database (spanning versions DB 12,18,19+): configuration, setup, tuning, troubleshooting, backup, and recovery.
  16. Install, and configure HP-UX servers based on organizational requirements.
  17. Optimize system performance by adjusting kernel parameters and system resources.
  18. Set up networking, storage, and security settings.
  19. Monitor software licenses and compliance.
  20. A working and proven experience of backup strategies using tar, Cpio, and HP Ignite-UX.

You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our Glovia G2 ERP system and related applications, ensuring optimal performance and security. You will also provide technical support and training to end-users and collaborate with other IT staff and business stakeholders on system development and improvement projects.
