รายละเอียดงานManage endpoint management solutions using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
Deploy and manage software, patches, and updates across all endpoints.
Monitor and optimize endpoint performance and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SCCM and endpoint management.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configurations, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure seamless integration of endpoint management solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff as needed.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in Endpoint Management and SCCM.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Ability to manage and deploy software, patches, and updates through SCCM.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and endpoint management.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills related to SCCM and endpoints.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with IT teams and other departments.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
