- Monitoring on Network.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Customer’s Network, SD-WAN, Voice issues over the phone, email.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Create, Update, Follow up, and Close Ticket.
- Basic troubleshooting or verify issues and forward Ticket to the related team with necessary information.
- Cooperate with related patties to resolve issues.
- End day batch job and summarize Fault Report Daily, Weekly, and Monthly.
- Standby on call 24x7 rotate 2 shift
