JOB SUMMARY FUNCTION
Perform all tasks related to the repair, Overhaul and test of Line Replaceable Units of Landings Gears, like hydraulic components or harnesses and sensor boxes. Comply with relevant aviation regulation and best practices. Work on continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
-Perform all tasks related to the repair, overhaul and test of Line Replaceable Units of Landings Gears, like hydraulic components or harnesses and sensor boxes.
-Work from and comply with valid approved data, i.e. OEM documents (CMM, …) and Technical Instructions from engineering, and properly document your work according to Revima’s quality procedures and instructions.
-Obey all environmental / health / safety (EHS) rules; wear PPE accordingly.
-Support Quality Assurance during customer and Civil Aviation Authorities’ audits as required.
-Support supervisor and engineering in root cause analysis and definition of corrective actions in case of Non-Conformances.
-Maintain tools and equipment by performing required preventive maintenance tasks; follow manufacturer's instructions; troubleshoot malfunctions; call for repairs.
-Participate in and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives.
-Maintain a high standard of 5S / housekeeping, for a clean, organized and safe work environment.
-Work overtime and shift as required.
-Travel to and work at customer’s site in case of “on-wing support” requests.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Vocational Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Received Indoctrination training (i.e. Part145, Human Factors) and continuation trainings in accordance with the procedure No. PTQ-01: Training Program.
- Received task-related training including practical training on aircraft components in accordance with the procedure No. PTQ-01: Training Program
- Nominated as Qualified Mechanic by Revima Quality Management
- Good knowledge in relevant tools, equipment and processes
- Ability to read and understand work instructions in English (TOEIC 400)
- Mechanical aptitude, with finger dexterity
- Good Knowledge of aviation industry basics
- Detailed knowledge of landing gear hydraulics and/or harnesses and sensor boxes
- Very good knowledge of relevant CMM’s, other manuals and Technical Instructions
- Good understanding of and adherence to all relevant aviation regulars and internal quality rules
- High proficiency in working with the IT systems, especially IFS and Office software
- Ability to perform math functions such as addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, perform calculations involving fractions and percentages
