-Management of Manpower, Recruitment and Staffing, Training and Development, Payroll, Compensation and benefits, Time attendance, Appraisals and Performance, Conflict Resolution, Employee Relations, CSR, and Activities to enhance relationships.
-Management of all central administration support, such as vehicle, facility, utilities, messenger, maid, gardener, security guard, place and building.
-Control Waste Management system.
-Renewal all company licenses, and coordinate with IEAT and government.
-Management of General Purchasing system.
-Auditee and support RBA, ISO14001, and IATF16949.
