ACG Capsules (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ACG World is one of the leading manufacturers of pharmaceutical capsules in India.
New Capsules Manufacturing Plant is under construction and planned to commercial run on Jan 2024.
The Plant was located in WHA Rayong Industrial Land, Nong Ralok Subdistrict Ban Khai District, Rayong Province.
Now we are hiring - IQC Shift Leader - IQC = In Process Quality Checking (Quality Deparment).
Job Objective
• Monitor and review timely inspection of in Process quality control checks to meet the required quality compliance as per customer / regulatory specifications.
Strategic and planning
Functional
Core:-
• Review and provide decision based on the IQC sheet
• Online feedback to production for correction
• Daily plant round for ensuring compliance of SOPs, GDP, GMP guidelines etc. on the shop floor
• Refer ZMIC for special instruction during color change/ product change and guide the IQC operator for the same. Review the implementation of the same.
• Monitoring CAPA during shifts.
• Investigation of internal incidences/failure to identify the Root cause analysis and take corrective/preventive action for the same.
• Track instance of repeat failure from operators and take measures/set processes to avoid re-occurrence of the same and to ensure FTR.
• Operator training and performance monitoring.
• Line clearance of camera inspections, HCM, ATS, printing machines and Final Inspection System
• Ensuring document verification generated during shift on daily basis against defined standards
• To perform challenge test of camera inspection.
• Shade monitoring within the shift.
• Perform complaint sample / material return / free samples analysis and report generation.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Related to.
- Background from Manufacturing prefers Pharmeceutical, FMCG and Chemical.
- Experience in Quality Checking and Leading Team.
- People Management Skills.
- Command in English Communication.
- Able to work in shift (2 shifts) with 4 days off 2 days
- Willing to base in Rayong (WHA RIL) - Ban Khai, Rayong.
