Job Summary:
The Product Content Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and updating travel product content across multiple platforms, including ticket2attraction.com. This role includes researching travel trends, ensuring product information is accurate, SEO-optimized, and aligned with business goals. The Specialist will collaborate with product teams and suppliers to maintain high-quality, compelling product listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research on travel products, market trends, and competitors to identify opportunities.
- Content Creation: Write, update, and optimize product descriptions, pricing, and images for accuracy and SEO.
- Supplier Collaboration: Communicate with suppliers to gather and update product details.
- SEO Optimization: Apply SEO keywords to improve product visibility across digital platforms.
- Content Accuracy: Ensure product data is complete, organized, and tagged correctly for platform requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with company goals.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and adjust content based on performance metrics and user feedback.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in content creation, e-commerce, or product marketing, with a preference for experience in the travel industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities in English and Thai
- Knowledge of SEO and how to implement SEO strategies for product content.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills to manage large amounts of product data and content updates.
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Technical: Basic knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics).
