รายละเอียดงานJob Responsibilities:
- Study the software functionalities to be able to address customer issues accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with international support teams to solve issues or provide appropriate solutions to customers.
- Provide guidance on software usage to enable customers to use the software efficiently.
- Prepare/revise instructional documents and supplementary materials.
- Participate in assessments to acquire the designated certificate.
- Execute additional Customer Support tasks as delegated by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Self-initiated, work independently and proactively learn the new technologies and product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with business users and support teams.
- Good command of reading and writing English
- Basic computer operation skills
- Own Desktop or Notebook
